Imogen Wright (they/them) is a freelance artist based in Leeds. They completed their training at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating in 2021. Imogen worked with choreographers such as Yukiko Masui and Vicki Igbokwe during that time.

Following graduation, Imogen continued training with NSCD’s postgraduate company, VERVE, touring internationally with works by Sita Ostheimer, Alesandra Seutin, and Akram Khan. 

Beyond their time at NSCD, they have collaborated with companies including Jack Philp Dance, Extended Play Dance, and Northern Rascals.

Imogen's commitment extends to social engagement as well, as exemplified in their active role as a Partner Movement Associate for the National Theatre’s Public Acts programme. They contribute to crafting theatre experiences that are both inclusive and accessible, for communities all across the country.
